MONDAY 20TH FEBRUARY
Sorry havent been on herre for a week been flat out with work, family, bootcamp. But alls good. Had a great burn day today . Two bootcamp sessions and work.
MONDAY 13TH FEBRUARY
Sorry have missed a few days. I have to remember to wear my hrm everyday. But today I did 6am bootcamp and then worked till 4 and then did a 10k walk with some fantastic friends.
FRIDAY 10TH FEBRUARY
What a whopper after a Hoffy Session in the morning followed by 1000 steps after lunch . Worked all day then came home and did all my house work. pooped
FRIDAY 3RD FEBRUARY
Completed two hoffy bootcamp sessions this morning with great calorie intake yeah .
WEDNESDAY 1ST FEBRUARY
I did my sss day today. started with bootcamp at intensity at 6am. Then had a lovely walk in the after noon with a great friend. Then backed it up with a second bootcamp session tonight. Smashed my 1 k run at 7min12sec and finished it off with burpee challenge practice doing 200 burpees
TUESDAY 31ST JAN
Today theirs no bootcamp so I did the 1000 steps and then I did 15 laps at the local pool. The swimming is part of my touch mudder training. Total calorie burn for today
MONDAY 30TH JAN
Today I did two bootcamp sessions one in the morning and one in the evening. Great overall calorie burn for today.

Hi Whirlsie i just wear it in the pool. In the instructions it says dont push any buttons while its wet. Sometimes it has a meltdown saying something like cant find heart rate but i just leave it on and dont touch it and it comes up with a reading at the end.

ReplyDeletehi and thank you . The tough mudder challenge is on the 31st of March at Phillip Island. Its based on a uk army training coarse and they are bringing it to oz. It a 20km grueling coarse with 25 hell raising obstacles. You can google tough mudder melbourne to have a look at it. Its the first time it has ever been to Australia. I cant wait im so excited
