My journey from pre-season 12WBT Round 3 2011
Hi there! Just wanted to stop by your blog and firstly congratulate you and your daughter for the wonderful results you have and are still achieving.
ReplyDeleteI also wanted to say thank you for a post you recently wrote in the 12wbt forum. As I wrote my own blogpost tonight I thought about your post and what it meant to me about the whole chipping away at the weight, no matter how small the loss. So I remembered your words and didn't let it do my head in. :-)

hi carol thank you so much for your kind words. This is so much a mental journey as it is a physicl one. every gram of is a gram closer to your goal. In round one i would jump up and down like anutter ever if i lost 100grams. because 100 of is better than 100 on. Good luck with this round andjust chip away
ReplyDeleteYou all look stunning, well done.
