Task 5 My Commitment

Today I make a committment to myself, my family, my trainer, Michelle Bridges
and my scales. I will begin by being positive and not using words like may be, I will try and I hope. These are all negative words that are not part of my committment.
My committment is to vanish another 25kg's from now until the end of this 12wbt. When I achieve this I will have lost half of myself physically but gained it back mentally.

I will achieve this committment by being 100% dedicated to my daily exercise routine & trusting my trainer. I will follow the menu 100% and I will be accountable for my actions. I have asked myself if I honestly and truley want to loose weight and the answer was one big YES. So I am committing to my 12wbt journey.

I will no longer subject my husband, my children and myself to the sub quality of life that I have now realised we have been living in the past. To committ to this I have had to do some self discovering, and a shift in my focus has been needed.

I will commit because I want to like my reflextion in the mirror and I want to see my
children get married and my grandson grow up. I know that my results will be a product of 100% committment to 12wbt and my family and friends.

I will post this publically on 12wbt, my blog, twitter and facebook. I know once i have done that I am accountable and their is no turning back.

This morning i feel from the effort of yesterdays training. On the 28th of October a group of 4 of us our participating in the 30ks kakoda Challenge Over Mount Dandenong, So yesterday we did our first big training session or it.  We did 20ks of the 30k walk. During the challenge they give you  9 hours to compete the challenge and yesterday our fantastic team completed 20ks in just under 5 hours. Got to be happy with that.   Leg burn like i have never felt leg burn before. The hills were a killer but the weather was kind and this morning my legs are definately letting me now they are alive and didnt agree with the torture i pervailed on them yesterday. All in all a great day with great friends. A BIT ABOUT KAKODA CHALLENGE MELBOURNE On sunday 28th of October 4 of us fr

Rond 2 2012 Finale Pics Had a Ball

Last weekend i ventured over to perth for Round 2 Finale and had an absolute ball.  Its a chance for us all to get glamed up and treat ourselves after all the hard work we have put in over the 12 weeks.  First id like to thank Tania de Rossi for organising the group hair and makeup even on Saturday Afternoon it was great sitting there drinking champaign and catching up with other 12weekers.  Then back to my hotel with my lovely daughter to get frocked up and of we go. From there its history. Danced and drank the night away.
